1) Order Processing Time
Ready-Made Dresses
Ready-made items are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Tailor-Made / Made-to-Order Dresses
Tailor-made dresses require production time before they can ship. These orders usually take 12-15 business days to be stitched/created before dispatch.
Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Shipping time starts once your order is dispatched.
2) Shipping Time
We offer the following shipping options once your order has been shipped:

Standard Shipping: 6-10 business days

Express / Expedited Shipping: 3-8 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the carrier’s service.
3) Shipping Costs
Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on:

FashionAxe is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
6) Delivery Delays (Important)
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package:
