The Marcella boots sit low on the ankle with a squared-off toe and a mid-height block heel. It is a British silhouette sturdy, slightly severe, and far more comfortable than a slim heel ever manages to be.

Six colours, from a quiet coffee brown and tan to yellow, purple, red and leopard. The soft flannel upper gives the shape a matte finish rather than a glossy one.

A side zip means you step in without a struggle. Inside, takes the pressure off the ball of the foot, and the rubber sole grips on wet pavement.

Carefully made, one at a time

Each pair is assembled individually, with the zip set and the heel fitted by hand. The finish is checked pair by pair before the boots leave the workshop.
